This sculpture was created in direct response to the alarming reports of the rise in domestic violence attacks on women and children in their homes during lockdown, and the disturbing rise in poaching attacks on rhinos also during lockdown.
A broken face is a broken face whatever species you are and for children to witness such brutality has a lasting and life altering effect on that child regardless of species.
Not in front of the children – Not at all.
